The Rathbone Hotel, Fitzrovia

For the fourth time, I stayed at The Rathbone Hotel in Fitzrovia, and it felt like coming home. Once again, we stayed in one of the suites, and, as always, it was wonderful. The suite was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day in exciting, bustling London. The staff were all friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location in Fitzrovia is perfect, with cozy cafes, great restaurants, and Soho’s attractions within walking distance. Plus, the transport options nearby make it easy to get around. Staying at The Rathbone is a big part of what makes my London trips so enjoyable, adding to the overall experience of the city. I look forward to coming back again!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and it was the perfect location for our visit to the theatre that evening. It was walking distance to the theatre in Soho, but without being TOO busy. And so nice to be able to come back and have a night cap in the bar after our evening out. Lovely bar area too. Room was beautiful and clean and bathroom was lovely too. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again for our next London theatre visit!

Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quite small, but it was spotlessly clean and adequate for a couple of nights. We never had breakfast, but was offered the option whilst checking in at £18ph. The location of the hotel is great for Oxford st, Soho, and within walking distance to Marylebone. The Hotel is an easy 8-10 minute walk from Totten Court Road tube station.

Very friendly attentive staff. Everyone including reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff seemed relaxed and happy to be there. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental buffet style - excellent fresh food including fruit. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel which fortunately is in a relatively quiet side street. I say relatively - this is central London. The main disturbance was when the empty glass bottle collection happened early in the morning! The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Shower was great too. We stayed two nights. It was our second visit - the first was about five years ago.

The reception and bar were lovely. they were small, had a air of elegance and was lovely place to have a nightcap at the end of a long day and evening. The continental breakfast and breakfast room was also lovely and cosy, very nice and personal which offered a lovely cosy experience. overall this was a lovely stay and we would stay again. the location is absolutely spot on for any trip to London, its a great location. for us it was a walk down to Leicester square and the London buzz could be felt as soon as you walk out the door of this hotel, but as soon as you walk in its lovely, clean, quiet and elegant.
